Personal information collected with consent provided by user:
We DO NOT automatically collect personal identifiable information such as email, first name, last name, or information for playtests (VR Headset, PC Specs, Gaming Experience) etc. We DO NOT send email marketing to potential customers from purchased mailing lists without first obtaining the users consent.
User will have consented to providing us their personal information when the user provides that information to us through our Explicit Form (sign up form or playtest surveys) or through Soft-opt in when purchasing our product, game, or service and not opting-out of additional communications.
By providing us your personal information through our Explicit Form, you provide consent, or have received consent from the person you are submitting the data for to allow us to use the personal data submitted according to the terms of usage and sharing in this privacy policy.
During the purchase or sale of any of our company’s Games, Products, or Services including on Third-party Platforms (such as Oculus Store, Steam Store, Kickstarter, etc.) where you also provide your personal identifiable information, you will have consented to providing us your personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice if you DO NOT OPT-OUT.
If you no longer wish to be contacted by email about our company, and our Games and Services, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. You may also ask us to remove the personal data you provided at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Automated anonymized data collection:
By using our Services, including by browsing our Websites or by playing our Games, you consent to have certain anonymized data collected from you. This anonymized data may be linked to your personal identifiable information if you have created an account to complete the linking or if you otherwise provide us your information to link the data such as in a playtest survey. If you do not create an account to link the data, the data will remain anonymized, and we will have no way of knowing who the data belongs to, and hence will not be able to delete your data or to restore your gameplay progress using the data. When you ask for you data to be deleted, we may delete only the link that makes the anonymized data identifiable and not the underlying data itself.

IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, city, information about when and how often you use our Website and what actions you took on our Website, whether you clicked on our advertisements, and other technical information.
Like many businesses, we also use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like pixels) to access or store information. Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Website.
Game info:
Save data to track your progress in the game and game logs for in game actions such as when, how often, and how long you played our games, where you walk to in game, how you are swinging weapons, how many enemies you hit and killed, enemy AI behavior, when you are hit or killed, what abilities were used, your level, weapons and materials you crafted, etc. as well as device information, city, as well as other technical information such as crash logs.
We only collect data that relate to our Company and Services. We do not automatically collect data on actions or behaviors outside of our website, services, products, and games such as what other games and apps you may be using or playing, or what other websites you are browsing unless you explicitly provide that data to us in our surveys.
The information we collect is primarily aimed to help us build better games that our players will like.
However, we may use the information we collect for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

We do not share your information with third parties unless it is for the purpose of conducting legitimate business related to our Company and Services. Those purposes are outlined in Section 2.
We DO NOT sale your email to spammers or other marketers unrelated to our Company.
We use third parties to collect and store your data. We may also store your data on our own internal systems. These third parties include but are not limited to Google, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Mailchimp, etc. We will take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to our own internal systems and third-party systems where your data is stored. We expect our third-party partners to also take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized data access. However, we are not liable for data breaches caused by our third-party partners. In case of data breach, you will be notified in a timely manner.
Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by third parties (such as, but not limited to Google, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, Mailchimp, etc.) with whom we may share your personal information to for our business purposes outlined in Section 2.
